Overall Grace Note Ornament and Embellishment playback timing

The individual timings of grace notes, ornaments and embellishments may be modified during playback to change with the playback speed of the score. e.g. they may be made to play more 'openly' at slow speeds as an aid to learning.

Also, the user has fine control over where the duration of an embellishment, ornament or gracenote may be 'borrowed' from.
